Every candidate card and profile now shows an estimated salary range — for example, €52k–€66k — based on their seniority, location, and background. No more compensation surprises on the first call.
On the results page, you'll also see a salary distribution for your entire search: the median, the spread, and the shape of compensation across all matching profiles. This gives you an instant read on the market for that type of candidate.
In the filters sidebar, a salary range slider lets you narrow results to candidates within your budget — so you spend your credits on the right people.
💡 How the estimate works: Nova combines salary benchmarks, regional HR data, ranges from published job postings, and official statistics (Eurostat, INE, BLS and equivalents). A predictive model then adjusts the range for each individual candidate based on their seniority, cost of living, and the size and tier of their current company.
How to use it:
- Run any search — the salary range appears on each candidate card automatically.
- To filter by budget, open the Filters sidebar and drag the salary range slider to your target range.
- The salary distribution chart updates as you refine your filters.
Plan availability: The market distribution chart (median, range) is visible on all paid plans. The per-candidate salary estimate and the budget filter are available on Starter and Growth plans.
