Automatically personalize outreach messages
Campaign messages can now be personalized automatically using information from both the candidate's profile and your recruiter account.
Available personalization fields include:
- Candidate's current role
- Current company
- Location
- Years of experience
- Recruiter's name
- Recruiter's email address
You can also enable an AI-generated personalization line that explains why each candidate is a strong fit based on their profile.
Before launching a campaign, you'll be able to preview the personalized version of the message for every candidate.
Launch campaigns directly from a shortlist
You can now create a campaign directly from an existing shortlist.
Whether the shortlist was created manually or generated by an AI agent, Nova automatically links it to your campaign, eliminating the need to create a new campaign first and manually select recipients.
