1. How credits work
Credits are only consumed when you perform one of the following actions.
a) Contacting candidates
When a candidate enters an Outreach sequence, 1 credit is consumed.
This includes the entire outreach sequence—regardless of how many follow-up messages are sent through Email, LinkedIn, or Nova.
💡 A candidate is only charged once when entering an outreach sequence.
b) Exporting candidates
When you export candidates from Nova (for example as a CSV), 1 credit is consumed for every exported candidate.

Perfect for exploring Nova Recruiter and testing the platform.
Includes a limited number of monthly credits and core recruiting features.
The Free plan does not support credit overages. Once your credits are exhausted, you'll need to upgrade before continuing to export candidates or launch outreach.
Starter
Designed for individual recruiters and smaller hiring teams.
Includes:
- More monthly credits.
- Unlimited searches.
- Unlimited shortlists.
- MCP access.
- Credit overages at the standard rate.
Growth
Built for companies hiring multiple roles simultaneously.
Compared to Starter, Growth includes:
- A larger monthly credit allowance.
- Multiple team seats.
- Lower additional credit pricing.
- MCP access.
- Collaboration features for recruiting teams.
💡 Additional credits cost less on Growth than on Starter, making it the most cost-effective option for higher hiring volumes.
Enterprise
A fully customized plan for organizations with advanced recruiting needs.
Enterprise plans can include:
- Custom monthly credit allowances.
- Custom team sizes.
- ATS integrations.
- Dedicated onboarding.
- Priority support.
- Volume pricing.
- Custom agreements and security requirements.
3. Which plan is right for you?
As your hiring volume grows, upgrading your subscription may provide better value.
In general:
- Free — Explore the platform and evaluate Nova Recruiter.
- Starter — Recruit for one or a few active positions.
- Growth — Hire regularly across multiple roles with a recruiting team.
- Enterprise — Active recruiting, need integrations, and support.
4. Need more credits?
If you're approaching your monthly credit limit, you have two options.
Use additional credits automatically
Starter and Growth plans allow you to continue recruiting after you've used your included monthly credits.
Additional credits are billed automatically at the end of your billing cycle.
- Starter: €1.00 per additional credit.
- Growth: €0.50 per additional credit.
The Free plan does not support credit overages.
Purchase additional credits in advance
If you'd rather manage your usage proactively, you can purchase additional credit packs before reaching your limit.
