Create campaigns from your AI assistant
If you're using Nova Recruiter with Claude or ChatGPT, you can now create outreach campaigns directly from your AI conversation.
The AI assistant can:
- Search for candidates.
- Build a shortlist.
- Create a campaign.
- Draft the first outreach message.
Before anything is created, you'll be able to review the draft message and choose to approve, edit, or cancel it. Once approved, the campaign is saved in Nova Recruiter as a draft, ready for you to launch.
Note: This feature requires the Nova Recruiter MCP integration with Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Exclude locations from searches
The location filter now supports excluded locations, giving you more control over your search results.
Instead of only selecting where candidates should be located, you can also exclude specific cities, regions, or countries from your search.
This is useful for scenarios such as:
- Searching across an entire country while excluding a specific city (for example, Spain except Madrid).
- Excluding locations that don't match your salary budget.
- Finding candidates outside their home country who may be interested in returning.
