Lookalikes Search allows you to find candidates with profiles similar to one or more reference candidates.
To start a search, provide:
- A LinkedIn profile URL, or
- The LinkedIn profile ID.
Nova analyzes the reference profile and automatically builds a search for similar candidates.
For more precise results, you can:
- Use multiple reference profiles in the same search.
- Add reference profiles alongside a job description to further refine candidate matching.
