New AI search features

We've introduced three new AI-powered search features to help you discover better candidates faster and make your searches more precise.

Find Similar Roles

Finding the right candidates often starts with using the right job titles. The new Find Similar Roles feature suggests related job titles based on the role you're searching for, helping you expand your search without manually researching title variations.

For example, if you're searching for a Product Marketing Manager, Nova will suggest other commonly used titles for similar roles, giving you broader candidate coverage with a single click.

Filter by Industry and Subindustry

You can now filter candidates based on the industries and subindustries of the companies where they've worked.

The feature includes:

• 22 industries
• 340+ subindustries

For each filter, you can choose whether it's:

• Must have– candidates must match the selected industry.
• Nice to Have – candidates matching the industry are prioritized, but others may still appear.

You can also apply these filters to:

• Current experience
• Previous experience
• Both current and previous experience

This makes it easy to find candidates with experience in a specific sector, even if they've since moved to a different industry.

Talent Tiers

Talent Tiers let you filter candidates based on the type of companies they've worked for.

Each industry includes up to four talent tiers, allowing you to adjust the level of company experience you're looking for.

For example:

• Tier 1 includes candidates from leading companies such as Google or JPMorgan.
• Lower tiers expand your search to include strong talent from mid-market and emerging companies.

Talent Tiers can also be used directly in AI searches, allowing you to specify the desired tier as part of your search criteria.
