Candidate email replies are now available directly within Nova Recruiter.
When a candidate responds to an outreach email, their reply appears in your pipeline alongside LinkedIn and Nova messages, allowing you to manage conversations without leaving the platform.
When you open a candidate's profile, you'll also see the complete conversation history across all supported communication channels in one place, making it easier to track interactions and continue the conversation.
Duplicate searches and campaigns
You can now duplicate existing searches and campaigns to quickly reuse them for similar hiring needs.
Instead of creating a new search or outreach campaign from scratch, simply duplicate an existing one and update the details as needed. This makes it faster to launch campaigns for different roles or target new candidate groups while keeping the same structure and settings.
