Upload shortlists from a CSV
You can now create a shortlist by uploading a CSV file containing candidates' LinkedIn profile URLs.
This feature is useful if you already have candidate lists from:
- Previous recruiting campaigns
- CRM exports
- Event registrations
- External sourcing or outreach
When you upload your file, Nova automatically validates each LinkedIn profile, identifies any profiles that can't be matched, and lets you review the results before adding candidates to your shortlist.
Source candidates in China
Nova Recruiter's candidate database now includes professionals based in China.
You can now include China in your searches, making it easier to source talent across an even broader range of global markets.
