Boolean keyword groups and expanded LATAM coverage
Build more precise searches with Boolean keyword groups and source candidates across all of Latin America with expanded regional coverage.
Boolean keyword groups
Keyword filters now support Boolean logic, giving you greater control over how search criteria are combined.
You can:
- Organize keywords into AND and OR groups.
- Separate required skills from nice-to-have skills.
- Exclude specific keywords from your search.
If you prefer not to build the logic manually, simply describe the profile you're looking for in natural language, and Nova will automatically structure the Boolean keyword groups for you.
