You can now search specifically by employment type — freelance, self-employed, full-time, part-time, contract, or internship — and apply it to candidates' current positions, past positions, or both.
This filter appears in the Experience section of the search panel. Each value can be set as a must-have or nice-to-have criterion. The employment type also appears as a label on each position in a candidate's profile, so you can confirm it at a glance.
How to use it:
- Open a search and go to the Experience section in the filters panel.
- Select the employment type you're looking for (e.g., Freelance, Self-employed).
