View and manage your team seats

The Team section allows you to invite colleagues, manage workspace access, and control who can collaborate in your Nova account.

1. Accessing Team settings

Go to Settings (bottom-left corner) and click Team. You'll see a full table of your team members.

 2. Understanding the Team table

Each row displays important information about a team member.

  • Name and current role

  • Invitation status:  Shows whether the invitation has been accepted. A green checkmark indicates that the teammate has joined the workspace and can access Nova.

Plan seat

The Plan seat toggle controls whether a teammate has an active seat on your subscription.

  • Enabled – The teammate has access to your Nova workspace.
  • Disabled – The teammate loses access to the platform but remains listed in your Team page.

⚠️ Disabling a teammate's seat also deactivates and permanently deletes all active outreach sequences owned by that user.

Before disabling a seat, make sure there are no active outreach sequences you want to keep.

3. Invite a teammate

Click Invite team member in the top-right corner.

Enter your teammate's work email address and send the invitation.

Once they accept the invitation, they'll automatically appear in the Team table with an active seat (if one is available).

⚠️ Multiple plan seats are only available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

Free and Starter plans include one seat only. To collaborate with additional teammates, you'll need to upgrade to a Growth or Enterprise plan.

💡 Credits are shared across your entire workspace. There is no per-user credit allocation—every teammate draws from the same shared credit balance.

 What's next?

Once your teammates have joined the workspace, everyone can collaborate from the same Nova account.

Your team can:

  • Create and manage searches.
  • Organize candidates into shared shortlists.
  • Launch and monitor outreach sequences.
  • Review candidate activity and replies
  • Work from a single shared pool of credits and candidate data.
